Requires 1 year of call center or customer service experience, strong communication, and meticulous documentation. Paid training is provided, and a shift differential adds $1/hour for nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls regarding patient statements, insurance payments, and account balances.
• Provide accurate information about patient accounts, billing history, and charges.
• Process credit card payments over the phone.
• Document call details, account inquiries, and actions taken.
• Escalate complex billing disputes and concerns to the appropriate department.
• Deliver friendly, professional service while handling sensitive billing questions.
