Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Patient Financial Experience Representative for a remote-based role open to candidates nationwide.

You will handle inbound/outbound patient communications, explain balances, process payments, arrange financing, and help patients access financial assistance while upholding HIPAA and privacy standards. You will research accounts across EHR, patient accounting, and CRM systems, resolve billing inquiries, document interactions, and collaborate with billing

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound patient and guarantor calls regarding statements, insurance processing, patient balances, self-pay accounts, payment options, and billing concerns.
• Explain account balances, insurance payments, and patient responsibility in clear language.
• Collect and securely process patient payments and offer approved payment arrangements.
• Identify eligibility for financial assistance or charity care and refer patients accordingly.
• Document interactions in EHR, patient accounting, payment, telephony, and CRM systems.
