Oak Street Health is seeking a Remote Contact Center Service Advocate I to support patients by scheduling appointments, handling calls, and ensuring an excellent patient experience from a home office.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of customer service, and strong communication. You will work with medical staff, enter data in the EMR, and perform follow-ups to confirm appointments. Scheduling can include weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience, call center environment preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; some undergraduate education preferred.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
