Oak Street Health is seeking a Contact Center Service Advocate I to join our remote patient-centric team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule and confirm appointments, ensuring accuracy and a superior patient experience.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of customer service experience (call center preferred), strong multitasking and communication skills, proficient PC skills including Excel, and the ability to work in a private remote

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent; undergraduate education preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience; call center experience preferred.
• Proficient PC skills; Spanish/other languages are a plus.

• Appointment Scheduling: Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
• Customer Interaction: Provide courteous and professional service to patients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter patient information and appointment details into the scheduling system.
• Communication: Communicate appointment details and instructions clearly to patients.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues promptly.
• Collaboration: Work with medical staff and other departments to ensure smooth scheduling.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to confirm appointments and provide reminders.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions with patients.
• Other duties or special projects as assigned.
