Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare/health insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and product information to patients and providers.
• Turn disgruntled patients into advocates by ensuring they feel heard and valued.
• Support field teams, operations and sales with timely feedback to improve patient experiences.
• Identify trends in complaints and work cross-functionally to implement preventative measures.
• Proactively enhance the patient experience and reinforce our company culture.
• Help develop and implement employee programs that support core values.
