Responsibilities

• Support branches across a designated market.
• Review patient accounts and gather documentation to bill insurance plans.
• Research and secure information to continue coverage of equipment.
• Manage relationships with field leadership, referrals and patients to drive account resolution.
• Evaluate documentation for compliance with standards and regulations.
• Perform follow‑up to achieve timely reimbursement.
