Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years’ experience in healthcare/health insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize our customers and turn disgruntled patients into our biggest fans.
• Support Field teams, Operations and Sales with timely feedback to improve patient experiences.
• Identify trends and partner cross-functionally to implement preventative measures.
• Proactively create a better patient experience.
• Champion the employee experience and drive our company culture.
• Support development and implementation of employee programs aligned to core values.
