Job summary

Accendra Health, Inc. is seeking a Patient Account Resolution Specialist for a remote US-based role.

You will provide excellent customer service and financial resolution support to patients and providers, with emphasis on accurate documentation and timely reimbursement. Responsibilities include reviewing accounts, securing insurance information, and collaborating with field teams to drive resolution while upholding compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare/health insurance industry.
• Proficient in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support branches across a designated market and aid patient accounts.
• Review new and recurring patient accounts to obtain billing documentation.
• Research and secure information to maintain health insurance coverage.
• Manage relationships with field leadership, referrals and patients to drive resolution.
• Evaluate documents for compliance with standards and regulations.
• Perform follow-up to achieve timely reimbursement.
• Perform other duties as required.
