Qualifications

• One year of experience in a medical office setting with high-volume patient contact.
• Experience handling scheduling, referrals, and financial clearance workflows.
• Proficient in EPIC or equivalent EMR systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and providers.
• Schedule and manage appointments and referrals in the Connected Care Center.
• Enter accurate patient data into the Epic EMR and coordinate with care teams.
• Assist with financial screening and authorization processes.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and direct callers to on-call staff.
• Support care coordination across multiple specialty services.
