Tufts Medicine is seeking a Patient Access Navigator for a fully remote role based in Massachusetts. The position supports revenue cycle workflows including front-end patient support, scheduling, pre-registration, referrals and authorizations, with a focus on accuracy and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities include collecting demographic and financial information, generating estimates, and coordinating with providers to schedule services.

Qualificações

• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes effective customer service etiquette in telephone communications.
• Obtains accurate demographic, financial and clinical information from patients/guarantors.
• Understands basic medical terminology and billing concepts.
• Meets KPIs: call handling, speed to answer, first call resolution, and accuracy.
• Schedules, reschedules and cancels appointments to maximize resource use.
• Utilizes Epic, Vyne/Trace, Microsoft Teams, and Amazon Connect/AWS for workflow.
• Communicates with patients and internal teams to support revenue cycle processes.
• Generates patient estimates and assists with collection of amounts due prior to service.
