• Verify patient eligibility and benefits for financial clearance prior to visit.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, physicians, and staff.
• Assist with auditing/quality reviews to ensure accuracy in scheduling and registration.
• Triages calls and manages scheduling workflows for multiple departments.
