Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a healthcare environment, including registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and/or business office.
• Proficient in English speaking, reading, and writing with strong customer service focus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform multiple patient access functions daily, including scheduling, insurance verification, and registration.
• Serve as liaison between patients, staff, physicians, and insurance providers to resolve questions and issues within the department.
• Enter accurate scheduling, insurance, and registration data to initiate financial clearance processes.
