Qualifications

• Three years of healthcare experience including registration, scheduling, or insurance verification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient access functions: scheduling, insurance verification, and registration.
• Serve as liaison between patients, staff, physicians, and insurers to resolve questions and ensure smooth operations.
• Enter data into systems accurately to initiate financial clearance.
• Handle front end revenue cycle duties, including collecting payments as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
