  • Provides excellent customer service when communicating with patients and staff to prevent delays or reimbursement denials.
  • Audits and participates in quality review to ensure accurate scheduling and registration.
  • Assists management with observations, notifications of opportunities, and process improvement ideas.
  • Triages calls and communicates information needed to prepare patients for appointments, while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
