Qualifications

• 2 years Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• 2 years Experience interacting with and engaging customers virtually over the phone.
• 1 year Technical support experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, coordinated access to Providence's network of facilities, institutes, and clinics.
• Assist with 'find a physician' navigation, scheduling appointments and classes, and act as an information resource for patients.
• Offer tier 1 technical support with patient health applications and function as the entry point for patient support.
