Qualifications

• 2+ years revenue cycle or 2+ years contact center experience.
• Excellent scheduling and data-entry capabilities.
• Strong computer proficiency and insurance verification skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and pre-register patients for appointments and procedures.
• Handle high call volumes across locations and departments.
• Input patient data accurately into system and verify insurance.
• Explain patient benefits and collect necessary information.
