Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a seasoned Inflammation and Immunology Dedicated Case Coordinator (DCC) to own end-to-end patient journeys, from HUB enrollment to post-fill follow-up. You will liaise with patients, providers, payers, and HUB partners to resolve coverage and access issues, manage prior authorizations, and coordinate care and vouchers.

The role requires 8+ years in pharma or related customer-facing functions, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience with Polaris CRM and PA

Qualifications

• Must have a B.S. or B.A. degree with 8+ years of pharma/customer-facing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with patients, providers, and cross-functional colleagues.
• Experience in benefit investigation, prior authorization, and appeals processes.

Responsibilities

• Own 100% of assigned cases and drive the patient journey from enrollment to post-fill follow-up.
• Lead BI/BV calls with payers and patients and coordinate with providers and HUB partners.
• Manage case documentation, approvals, and escalation in Polaris and Docusign.
• Coordinate appointments, tests, and vendor interactions while maintaining compliance.
