Pfizer seeks a seasoned Inflammation and Immunology Dedicated Case Coordinator (DCC) to own the end-to-end patient journey, from HUB enrollment through post-fill follow-up. • B.S. or B.A. Degree; 8+ years pharmaceutical experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience with Polaris CRM for case management and documentation.
• Knowledge of reimbursement, access, and coverage processes.

Responsibilities

• Own 100% of assigned cases and drive the patient journey from enrollment to post-fill follow-up.
• Serve as the primary contact for reimbursement and access status with patients, caregivers, and providers.
• Conduct benefit investigations and verify coverage with PBMs and major medical insurance.
• Oversee prior authorization, appeals, and baseline assessments coordination.
• Manage copay programs, vouchers, and Interim Care program administration.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and post-fill follow-up with patients and providers.
