Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a dedicated Individual Contributor to deliver excellent patient-focused service and product information to patients and providers. This remote role requires collaborating with field teams and operations to ensure timely, accurate health plan documentation and authorizations.

You will problem-solve complaints, provide proactive patient experiences, and help strengthen our culture through programs that support our core values.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years’ experience in healthcare/health insurance industry desired.
• Customer-focused and able to communicate clearly with patients and providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and product information to patients and providers.
• Review new patient orders and documentation to obtain required health plan information.
• Request health plan authorizations information as required.
• Support field teams, operations and sales with timely feedback to improve patient experiences.
• Identify trends in complaints and recommend preventative actions.
• Maintain patient-centric communication and help develop employee programs aligning with company values.
