Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare/health insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and product information to patients and providers.
• Deliver timely feedback to support Field teams, Operations and Sales.
• Problem-solve common complaints and drive preventative measures.
• Create a better patient experience.
