Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a patient-centric Individual Contributor to provide exceptional customer service and product information to patients and providers, supporting our field teams to deliver outstanding patient experiences.

You will review orders, gather health plan information, and help maximize benefits while communicating clearly and compassionately in a remote US-based role.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1-3 years’ experience in healthcare/health insurance industry desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and product information to patients and providers.
• Support Field teams, Operations and Sales with timely feedback for improved patient experiences.
• Troubleshoot common complaints, flag trends, and work with cross-functional teams to implement preventative measures.
• Proactively create a better patient experience and contribute to a positive culture.
• Foster relationships and collaborative communication across departments.
