Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent; 1–3 years’ experience in healthcare/health insurance industry desired.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize our customers and turn disgruntled patients into fans.
• Support Field teams, Operations and Sales with timely feedback.
• Problem-solve common complaints and flag trends.
• Proactively create a better patient experience.
• Champion the employee experience and drive company culture.
• Support development and implementation of employee programs.
