Qualifications

• 3-5 years of healthcare or health insurance experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support branches across a designated market and ensure documentation for billing.
• Research and gather information from customers to continue coverage of equipment.
• Manage relationships with field leadership, referrals and patients to drive account resolution.
• Evaluate documents for compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Perform follow-up to achieve timely reimbursement.
