Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years’ experience in healthcare/health insurance.
• English reading, writing and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support branches across a designated market.
• Review new and recurring patient accounts for billing documentation.
• Research and secure information to continue equipment coverage.
• Manage relationships with field leadership, referrals and patients.
• Ensure documentation meets compliance standards and regulations.
• Follow up to achieve timely reimbursement.
