Job summary

You will build relationships with current and prospective patients, help them schedule appointments and classes, and act as an entry point to health services.

The role emphasizes high-touch engagement, coordinating with the Patient Engagement Center team to deliver personalized assistance across Providence regions and provider networks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service, preferably healthcare.
• 2 years experience engaging customers remotely by phone.
• Preferred 1 year of technical support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered access and navigation across a health network.
• Assist patients with scheduling appointments and classes, and directing them to resources.
• Serve as first point of contact and informational resource for patients into the health system.
• Offer tier 1 technical support for patient health applications and systems.
