Job summary

Providence is seeking Care Access Liaisons to provide patient-centered, coordinated access across the health system and guide patients through scheduling, navigation, and information resources. This role is part of the Patient Engagement Center and supports a wide network of hospitals and clinics nationwide.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of customer service experience, healthcare exposure preferred, and 1 year of technical support exposure.

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• 2 years experience interacting with and engaging customers virtually over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered access and coordination across Providence network.
• Assist with 'find a physician' navigation, scheduling appointments and classes, and serving as an entry point for patient information.
