Qualifications

• 2 years customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• 2 years experience interacting with and engaging customers virtually over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, coordinated access across Providence facilities and clinics.
• Assist with 'find a physician' navigation, scheduling appointments and classes.
• Serve as an entry point and informational resource for patients into the health system.
