Job summary

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, or patient experience programs.

• Experience using CRM systems; Salesforce Health Cloud preferred for documenting interactions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff on oncology care coverage and program resources.
• Educate on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for GSK Oncology products.
• Support patient enrolment in PAP and guide through enrollment requirements and consent.
• Document all interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and maintain compliant records.
• Coordinate with back-office Benefits Specialists for BI/BV and PA tracking when needed.
