Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, providing information on oncology care and program resources.
• Educate patients on coverage outcomes, cost-sharing, and financial assistance options.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and maintain accurate records.
• Guide patients through enrollment in PAP and other GSK services.
