Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline seeks a Patient Access Manager to serve as the SPOC for oncology patients and providers, guiding onboarding, access, and ongoing care within approved programs. The role emphasizes compliance, patient education, and collaboration with payer and clinical teams.

Responsibilities include supporting enrollment, educating on coverage, navigating prior authorizations, and documenting all interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or similar.
• Ability to travel up to 20% (including overnights).
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, providing approved information on oncology care, benefits, and program resources.
• Conduct welcome calls and ongoing journey touchpoints, guiding patients through onboarding and enrollment.
• Assist with patient enrollment in GSK services and through enrollment requirements.
• Educate patients on coverage and cost-sharing, and advise on financial assistance options.
• Coordinate transfers to Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Information, and other support functions as needed.
• Document all interactions and report adverse events per program standards.
