Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Patient Access Manager (PAM) to act as the field-based single point of contact for providers and patients, guiding onboarding, access, and ongoing therapy steps within the Oncology portfolio.

The role educates on coverage, prior authorizations, and payment pathways, supports enrollment in GSK Patient Support programs, and records all interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and ethical standards. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or related.
Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Serve as the point of contact for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, providing approved information on oncology care and benefits.
Educate patients on coverage outcomes, cost-sharing, and financial assistance options.
Support patient enrollment in GSK services and guide through enrollment requirements.
Document interactions and manage cases in Salesforce Health Cloud.
Ensure HIPAA compliance and internal policies.
