Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline seeks a field-based Patient Access Manager to guide patients and providers through onboarding, access, and ongoing treatment journeys in the Oncology portfolio. This SPOC role focuses on coverage, reimbursement, consent, and education, ensuring compliant, patient-centered access across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, helping patients navigate insurance verification, prior authorization, and access criteria.
• Travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for patients, caregivers, and HCP office staff, providing approved information on oncology care, benefit discussions, and program resources.
• Conduct welcome calls and ongoing journey touchpoints across the patient experience.
• Assist enrollment in GSK services including PAP and support enrollment requirements and consent capture.
• Educate patients on coverage outcomes, cost-sharing, and financial assistance options.
• Educate provider offices on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for GSK Oncology products.
