Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Patient Access Manager (PAM) to act as a field-based SPOC helping providers and patients navigate coverage, reimbursement, and support solutions for GSK Oncology products.

The PAM engages with patients and offices, guides onboarding, and educates on coverage outcomes, with focus on access programs and proactive problem resolution. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or related access roles.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, guiding them through onboarding and ongoing access.
• Educate providers on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for oncology products.
• Assist with coverage investigations, prior authorizations, and appeal pathways.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and maintain compliant records.
• Identify access barriers and escalate complex payer issues to specialists and leadership.
