Job summary

The role guides onboarding, access, and ongoing treatment journey, while supporting provider accounts on coverage, coding, and payment questions following a prescribing decision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or access navigation.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for patients and caregivers, providing information on oncology care and benefits.
• Educate patients on coverage outcomes, cost-sharing, and financial assistance options.
• Support patient enrollment in GSK services and guide through enrollment requirements.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and maintain case records.
• Adhere to HIPAA/privacy and internal compliance guidelines.
