Qualifications

• Serve as field-based SPOC guiding patients, caregivers, and providers through onboarding, coverage, and access.
• Educate on payer policies, coordinate prior authorizations, and navigate benefit investigations.
• Document all interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and ensure HIPAA/compliance.
