Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Patient Access Manager to serve as the field-based SPOC for patients, caregivers and healthcare providers. The role guides onboarding, access and ongoing treatment navigation within the GSK Oncology portfolio, coordinating with payer programs, PAP services and back-office support teams.

The PAM educates on coverage, cost-sharing and reimbursement options, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate case documentation in GSK systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or access navigation.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for patients, caregivers and HCP staff, guiding them through onboarding, access and treatment journey.
• Educate on payer coverage, coding, payment policies and patient assistance programs.
• Document interactions and manage cases in Salesforce Health Cloud/CRM; report adverse events as required.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, privacy and regulatory guidelines across all activities.
