• Educate on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies using approved materials.
• Navigate enrollment in GSK Patient Support Programs and assist with prior authorization and appeal processes.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and maintain compliant records.
• Escalate complex payer issues to specialty access teams and leadership as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and separation between patient-facing and account-facing activities.
