Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Patient Access Manager to join the field-based team in the US. This role guides providers and patients through onboarding, access, and ongoing treatment journeys within the GSK Oncology portfolio, serving as the single accountable contact.

Responsibilities include educating on payer coverage, assisting with enrollment in GSK services, and documenting all interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud while maintaining HIPAA compliance. 20% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or access/navigation roles.
• Travel up to 20% (including overnights) and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP offices, guiding onboarding and access.
• Educate on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for oncology products.
• Support patient enrollment in GSK services and guide through enrollment requirements.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and ensure HIPAA/compliance adherence.
• Identify access barriers and escalate to specialist access function and leadership.
