USC Care Medical Group is seeking a Lead Patient Access Liaison to coordinate including scheduling, verifying insurance, and guiding service recovery. The role requires executing patient access tasks across USC/Keck sites with independence and team leadership, including remote work when deployed.

Responsibilities include scheduling, data entry, and ensuring HIPAA compliance while delivering high-quality customer service and assisting leadership with care coordination, huddles, and provider

Qualifications

• Req High school or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in call center or healthcare customer service required.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and strong leadership.
• Ability to multi-task and work cross-trained in multi-specialty areas.
• Knowledge of insurance and excellent verbal/written communication.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrates competency in the quality of work and knowledge of a Patient Access Representative.
• Strives for first call resolution and demonstrates high level of customer service.
• Maintains warmth, courtesy, and professionalism per USC/Keck standards.
• Acts as a lead, assigning duties, balancing workload, scheduling, and huddles.
• Follows USC/Keck communications standards and policy.
• Schedules medical diagnostics and outpatient procedures across sites.
