Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and direct incoming and outgoing calls and messages.
• Schedule and confirm medical appointments across multiple sites.
• Verify insurance coverage and explain estimated financial responsibility to patients.
• Maintain patient data and ensure accuracy in scheduling records and billing systems.
• Assist with department projects and support remote work as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in all communications.
