University of Southern California Care Medical Group is seeking a Patient Access Liaison III to answer and route calls, schedule appointments, and verify insurance. You will work across USC/Keck departments, ensuring HIPAA-compliant communication and accurate data entry while delivering high-level customer service.

Remote work may be required as directed by management. The role emphasizes multitasking, independence, and strong communication skills to support multiple clinical sites and patients

Qualifications

• Requires High school or equivalent.
• 3–5 years’ call center/healthcare customer service experience.
• Able to work independently and multi-task.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Answer, screen and direct calls and messages using the call management system.
• Schedule and confirm initial and follow-up medical appointments.
• Verify insurance coverage and advise patient of estimated financial responsibility.
• Maintain accurate data in the scheduling system and patient records.
• Provide professional, courteous service and follow USC/Keck standards.
• Support department projects and remote-work assignments as needed.
