• Req High school or equivalent.
• Req 3 to 5 years’ experience in a call center or healthcare customer service environment (or combination of that equals two or more years).

• Req Knowledge of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Answers, screens and directs incoming and outgoing calls, messages and omnichannel contacts.
• Schedules and confirms appointments across multiple clinical sites.
• Verifies insurance coverage and informs patients of estimated financial responsibility.
• Acts as a primary contact for patient access team and leads daily huddles.
• Coordinates care with patient coordinators, nurses and physicians to secure appointments.
