Qualifikationen

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of call center or healthcare customer service experience.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Cross trained in multi-specialty areas.
• Knowledge of insurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Vocational healthcare certificates: scheduling, registration, insurance verification, medical assistant.

Aufgaben

• Answer, screen and direct calls and multichannel messages.
• Schedule and confirm appointments across multiple clinical sites.
• Verify insurance coverage and advise patients on estimated financial responsibility.
• Lead and train Patient Access Center staff; balance workload and run daily huddles.
• Support service recovery and escalation processes as needed.
• Assist leadership with process improvements and scheduling governance.
