Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a dedicated DCC to own 100% of patient cases from HUB enrollment to post-fill follow-up. You will educate patients and providers on reimbursement and access, managing BI/BV, PA, and appeals with payers and vendors.

You will coordinate appointments and baseline assessments with HCPs, oversee Interim Care, copay administration, and secure compliant communications while maintaining detailed case comments across the patient journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in reimbursement and access and working with Polaris CRM system.
• Ability to communicate with patients, providers, and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of copay programs, prior authorizations, and appeals processes.

Responsibilities

• Own 100% of assigned cases and drive the patient journey from enrollment through post-fill follow-up.
• Conduct benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and appeals coordination with payers and HCPs.
• Coordinate appointments, approvals, and post-fill follow-up while maintaining compliant case documentation.
