Job summary

Tutored by Teachers is seeking a strategic, data-driven Customer Success professional to support school districts across the South and Texas in a fully remote role. You will be a trusted partner to district and school teams, driving program success, renewals, and expansion while shaping long-term relationships.

In this role you will onboard new clients, manage your book of business, synthesize feedback for internal teams, and proactively identify at-risk accounts.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Experience in K-12 education or district leadership preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proven track record in retention, expansion, and churn reduction.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of work week.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to district and school teams.
• Lead onboarding for new clients.
• Own and manage book of business with territory plans to support health, renewals and expansion.
• Synthesize client feedback for internal teams and senior management.
• Lead renewal and upsell efforts to grow partnerships.
• Proactively identify at-risk accounts and mitigate churn.
• Build trusted, collaborative relationships across internal teams.
