Qualifications

• 5+ years as a pre-sales System Engineer Manager.
• Industry knowledge of security product trends and roadmaps.
• Experience with partner ecosystems (SP, MSSP, GSI).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with cloud security products and hybrid/cloud deployments.
• Familiarity with SOC technologies (SIEM/SOAR/XDR/EDR).
• Technical documentation experience.
• Travel up to 25% within the designated region.

Responsibilities

• Develop pre-defined, partner-led offerings based on PANW platforms, including service descriptions and runbooks.
• Recommend advisory, implementation, and/or managed offers aligned to partner needs.
• Assist Business Development with vetting of partner technical capabilities.
• Provide technical enablement for partner personnel as a trusted advisor.
• Create and influence technical documentation and reference architectures.
• Coordinate labs, demos, and technology showcases for partners.
• Maintain and refine partner offerings through their lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align product innovations with partner needs.
• Discuss product alignment with partner requirements and differentiation.
• Architect solutions to strengthen partner security posture.
• Help customers develop services around Cortex products.
