Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Channel Solution Consultant to lead technical engagement with partners in the region. You will drive pre‑sales activities, architect solutions, and collaborate with sales to grow partnerships and revenue.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams to tailor demonstrations, deliver training, and ensure successful deployments while staying current with product roadmaps and industry trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Partner Solution Consulting, pre‑sales engineering, or a similar technical role.
• Experience with channel sales models and working with resellers and distributors.
• Experience selling, implementing, or managing SaaS offerings is preferred.
• Experience in complex multi‑product sales and long sales cycles.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present to non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical leader for channel partners within the assigned region.
• Collaborate with focus partners to develop business plans aligned to strategic objectives.
• Provide technical pre‑sales support to partners, including product demonstrations and design.
• Collaborate with sales to identify opportunities for new partnerships and growth.
• Plan and deliver technical training sessions for partners on products and integrations.
• Support channel partners with technical issues during and after implementation.
• Design customized solutions based on partner and customer needs and company standards.
• Stay updated on roadmaps, technologies, and industry trends to aid partner growth.
• Develop channel enablement materials such as guides and webinars.
• Feedback on product improvements from partner and customer input.
• Maintain records of partner interactions, sales pipeline, and technical support, reporting progress to management.
