EPAM Systems Inc is seeking a Partner Sales Senior Manager to join our US team in a remote working mode, combining hunter mindset with channel-led growth. You will carry a quota and drive net-new revenue through new-logo acquisition and partner-driven opportunities.

You will cultivate senior executive relationships across the partner ecosystem and position EPAM as the partner of choice for large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT sales / business development with enterprise deals.
• Proven record of hitting quota through partner ecosystems.
• Experience with co-selling and complex sales cycles.
• Ability to engage senior executives and navigate matrixed orgs.
• Degree in business, technology, or related field; English C1+.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial strategy and revenue plan for assigned strategic partners.
• Lead the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting through close.
• Develop joint sales plans with partners focusing on industries and geographies.
• Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline through direct prospecting and joint activities.
• Establish trusted relationships with senior commercial executives within strategic partners.
