EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Partner Sales Manager to drive new logo acquisition from Northeast enterprise accounts, acting as a market-facing hunter and trusted transformation partner across digital transformation, data and AI initiatives.

You will lead the full sales lifecycle, cultivate C-suite relationships, and build a proactive pipeline through campaigns and events while collaborating with internal teams to align EPAM's capabilities with client challenges.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of enterprise IT sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record closing multi-million deals with C-suite buyers.
• Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and build long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own new logo acquisition across target enterprise accounts.
• Prospect, qualify, and close net-new business opportunities.
• Build a proactive pipeline and drive revenue growth.
• Position EPAM as a trusted transformation partner to senior stakeholders.
• Forecast, report and manage the sales lifecycle end-to-end.
