EPAM Systems is seeking a Business Development Director to drive net-new revenue from enterprise accounts, focusing on new logo acquisition and expanding whitespace across EPAM's target industries. Remote from the West, you will lead hunts and leverage relationships to win strategic engagements in digital transformation, data and AI.

You will operate with senior-level credibility, building trusted partnerships and guiding end-to-end sales across large organizations.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in IT sales / business development with enterprise focus.
• Track record closing new business in organizations with $2B+ in sales.
• Established West Coast enterprise network.
• Ability to engage at Director/VP/C-suite level.

Responsibilities

• Own new logo acquisition across target enterprise accounts.
• Prospect and close net-new accounts.
• Build a robust pipeline and drive end-to-end deal lifecycle.
• Position EPAM as a trusted strategic transformation partner.
• Engage senior stakeholders (Director, VP, C-suite).
